Terms of Service
Review the draft terms governing future OmiMobile prepaid service and digital activation products.
Draft only — not yet effective. Entity name, address, governing law, dispute process and upstream obligations require approval.
1. Eligibility
Purchasers must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
2. Prepaid service
Service is prepaid and depends on compatible equipment, coverage and host-network availability. Auto-renew is off unless expressly enabled.
3. SIM and eSIM
Customers must confirm compatibility and unlocked status before purchase. Electronic activation credentials are sensitive and may be consumed on delivery.
4. Numbers
New activations currently receive new US numbers. Port-in is not available.
5. Acceptable use
Service is subject to lawful-use, fraud prevention and network-management requirements.
