Make sure your phone is ready.
Your phone must be unlocked and support eSIM. Plans using the AT&T network also require the IMEI of the phone receiving the eSIM.

How quickly will I receive my eSIM?+
After payment and order processing, the eSIM QR code is sent by email. Delivery timing depends on the upstream activation system and successful payment.
Can I transfer my current phone number?+
Not currently. Each activated line receives a new US number. Do not cancel an existing line expecting a number transfer.
Does my plan renew automatically?+
No. Auto-renew is off. Recharge manually before your plan expires to keep the number active.
Can I activate from outside the United States?+
An eligible unlocked device may activate through Wi-Fi. Device and country restrictions can apply, so confirm eSIM and Wi-Fi Calling support before purchase.
Does service include international roaming?+
No cellular roaming is included. Eligible lines may work abroad through Wi-Fi Calling, not through a local mobile network.
Are purchases refundable?+
Prepaid service and delivered eSIM products are generally final sale. Please verify device compatibility and coverage before ordering.
